Clemency Report for Inmate Billy Slagle

The clemency report for inmate Billy Slagle, #A203-172, will be sent to
Governor John Kasich’s office today. The report will be available online

Inmate
Slagle was sentenced to death out of Cuyahoga County for the 1987 death of Mari
Ann (Marni) Pope in her home in Cleveland. He is scheduled for execution on
September 20, 2011.
