Not for Broadcast or Publication July 13, 2010   MEDIA ADVISORY CONTACT:  DRC Bureau of Communications 614-752-1150 Execution of William Garner Carried Out Today The death sentence of inmate William Garner was carried out at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville this morning via intravenous lethal injection. Garner’s time of death was 10:38 a.m.  His sentence was imposed on November 5, 1992, by the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court.
