Clemency Report for Michael Beuke

(Columbus) – The clemency report for Michael Beuke, 176-128, will be sent to Governor Strickland’s office today.  The report will be available at 11:30 a.m.  The media can access the report by going to the following internet address:    http://www.drc.ohio.gov/Public/clemency.htm.                                               

Inmate Brown was sentenced to death out of Hamilton County for the 1983 murder of Robert Craig.  Inmate Beuke is scheduled for execution on May 13, 2010.
