The death
sentence of inmate Mark Brown was carried out at the Southern Ohio Correctional
Facility in Lucasville this morning via intravenous lethal injection. Brown’s
time of death was 10:49 a.m. His sentence was imposed on February 28, 1996
by the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
