Clemency Report for Lawrence Reynolds #296-121

(Columbus) – The clemency report for Lawrence Reynolds, #296-121, will be sent to Governor Strickland’s Office today.  The media can access the report by going to the following internet address:

Inmate Reynolds was sentenced to death out of Summit County for the 1994 murder of Loretta Mae Foster.  He is scheduled for execution on October 8, 2009.
