State Prisons Director to Release Review of Cincinnati Volunteers of America

(Columbus) –Terry J. Collins, Director of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC), has announced that he will be releasing the fact finding review of the Cincinnati Volunteers of America (VOA) on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 12:00 noon.  On March 13, 2009, Director Collins commissioned an executive committee to review the circumstances and factors surrounding Anthony Kirkland’s release and discharge from the VOA.
