FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Columbus) – The Ohio Department of
Rehabilitation and Correction has confirmed that inmate David Brewer (#187-234)
is scheduled for execution on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at the
Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Ohio.
The Ohio Revised Code mandates the manner of execution to be lethal
injection.
Inmate Brewer
was convicted and sentenced to death out of Greene County for the March 21, 1985
murder of Sherry Byrne in Beavercreek, Ohio.
