CLEMENCY HEARING SCHEDULED FOR FOX

 (Columbus) --- The Ohio Adult Parole Board has scheduled the clemency hearing for inmate Richard E. Fox.  The hearing will be held on Friday, January 10, 2003, at the Adult Parole Authority Office located at 1030 Alum Creek Drive, Columbus, Ohio.  The hearing will begin at 12:00 PM (noon).   Fox is scheduled for execution on Wednesday, February 12, 2003, for the 1989 murder of Leslie Renee Keckler, Wood County, Ohio.
